About the role
This office-based role is a great opportunity to launch a sales career in the cyber security industry. Your job will be to book qualified meetings for the field sales team through building relationships with potential clients and identifying when and where they need help. The scope is huge, as all businesses are now realising that they have to take their cyber security responsibilities seriously. The role has scope to expand as your experience and skills develop; you will get the opportunity to help manage key clients, possibly moving onto a field sales consultant position.

About you
To be successful you will need to to be an effective communicator who is good at listening and developing relationships. Resilience, tenacity and the ability to think on your feet are characteristics that will also help you enjoy this fast-changing environment.

ECSC is a consultancy business and it is critical that this is reflected throughout the sales process. The role requires an intelligence-led and consultative approach that will enable you to engage in free ranging discussions with potential clients. Consequently, you will have good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to project confidence over the phone – this isn’t to say that you need to be an extrovert, quiet people with tenacity and drive can be very successful in telesales.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate some previous sales experience, and any outbound telesales experience would particularly advantageous.
