Today, we’re going to show you how not only can you define in detail the candidate characteristics that are most important to you, but you can also rank the characteristics you specify in order of preference.
Step 1: Tell us what you’re looking for
You can specify preferences in the following categories:
- Experience & Skills
- Personality & Ability
Within each category, you have the option of going into granular levels of detail to specify exactly what you’re looking for. Alternatively, if you’d like to keep your search broad, you can leave the field blank.
Step 2: Rank your desired characteristics in order of preference
Here, you can tell us which of your desired characteristics is most important to you. Some of your requirements are treated by the system as mandatory so any potential candidates not meeting these will be removed (shown as grey boxes in the image).
All other requirements can be prioritised so that the system is not only aware of the requirement but can make decisions based on your view of their importance. If it all sounds a little complex, don’t worry – the system does the work! What’s important here is that our new matching engine allows you to go that one step further in defining your perfect candidate, making it much more likely you will find the type of candidate you are looking for.
Here’s what one of our recent employer customers had to say about this feature:
“Gradintelligence was an invaluable tool in assisting us to find the best candidates. The candidate profiling capability enabled us to target attributes in candidates that were not readily apparent in most traditional CVs.”
– Rob Ward, VP Sales, Adva Optical Networking.
